In order to comprehensively improve the management level of production sites and consolidate international manufacturing standards, on June 19, 2025, Hebei Juntong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. held an annual workshop 6S (organization, rectification, cleaning, cleanliness, literacy, safety) comprehensive evaluation activity. This evaluation covers the entire assembly line of belt conveyors and core spare parts production units such as conveyor rollers and conveyor pulleys. The evaluation team is composed of production directors, technical experts, and representatives of frontline employees, and conducts quantitative assessments from 12 dimensions including equipment positioning, material flow efficiency, and safety compliance.

 In the intelligent welding workshop, the review team focused on visual management of tools and equipment maintenance records. Its customized development of the "color code positioning system" achieved accurate retrieval of more than 300 types of accessories in 5 seconds; In the vulcanization area of the conveyor belt, the team's innovative "cleaning device assembly error prevention process" effectively eliminated the risk of mixing materials and received special bonus points. In the end, the conveyor roller precision machining workshop won the championship with the "zero dead corner cleaning standard" and the all staff safety proposal mechanism. Its workshop director Han Jinliang said, "6S is not only a site specification, but also a practical implementation of the international certification system – our belt conveyor exports more than 40 countries, and the tightening torque of each screw represents the reputation of Chinese manufacturing. "

 Li Jie, Vice President of Production of the company, emphasized that "this evaluation will be directly linked to the allocation of the annual lean improvement fund. We are extending the 6S experience from the production end to the supply chain, ensuring traceability from steel plate cutting to finished product shipping, and providing consistency guarantee for multi standard products such as CEMA and DIN. It is reported that the company has been implementing 6S star certification for three consecutive years, with a 37% decrease in equipment failure rate and a 98% pass rate for overseas customer factory inspections.
